RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If a customer is not happy with their purchase or finds a problem with the order they may exchange or return the order depending on the specified conditions within 6 calendar days of receiving their goods.
EXCHANGES
Please make sure the following exchanges policy guidelines are met:
- Exchanges are eligible within 6 days after receiving the package.
- Packages that arrive are then checked to make sure they conform to our exchange guidelines, this process may take up to 12 work days, the exchanged product is then sent out to the client.
- Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs are paid by the customer at a cost of 25 SAR.
- We DO NOT accept returns on socks, water bottles, and chalk due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Please use a Standard Shipping Pouch or box for returning the items.
- All offers 50% off and above are final sale and can not be exchanged, if you have any questions regarding sizing then please contact customer support.
RETURNS

- Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
- We DO NOT accept refunds on socks, water bottles, and chalk, due to health and hygiene reasons, sorry.
- TRICHROME reserves the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet our terms and conditions.
- If you would like to refund a product, we will refund you within 12 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse.
- All discounts 50% and above are final sale. If you have any size questions, you can check our size guide for each product in the product description page. You can also reach out to our customer service team for guidance.
- The cost of shipping is incurred on the customer at a cost of 25 SAR.
General Conditions Applicable To All Returns and Exchanges
- TRICHROME reserves the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of our guidelines or conditions and the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
- The customer shall not be entitled to an exchange or refund if the product is not eligible for return.
- Any “buy 1 and get 1 free” or "buy 1 get 1 at percentage off" deal/promotion is not subject to refunds, however exchanges are processed as per the standard process.
- In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. If the customer does accept the shipment, the package will be sent for liquidation and the customer will not be able to request the delivery of the product again.
- Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (Item that does not belong to TRICHROME) will be the responsibility of the sender, not TRICHROME. We’ll always do our very best to help out in returning incorrect package but offer no guarantee.
- If your exchange/return meets the above criteria only then the return process will proceed.
