All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, if a product is unavailable after placing your order, or we are unable to deliver the product, your initial payment will be refunded.
PAYMENT
TRICHROME.SA offers customers various payment methods through MADA credit cards, Apple pay, and STCpay.
All your card payments are processed through military-grade encrypted and PCI compliant payment processors. We do not store any of your credit card information internally.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all cities in Saudi Arabia, using and not limited to the following couriers، RedBox, SkipExpress, SPL. Please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be processed, and 2-5 business days for the courier to deliver your order.
Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday - Thursday), except on Saudi Public Holidays.
If you request that a courier places the package at the door, TRICHROME will not be held accountable if the item is stolen, lost or damaged.
